Making Tacos
How to not fail taco night.
- For 2lbs at fridge temp, little microwave needed 16 min (4 min phases with stirring and chopping up clumps.)
- drain juice into a can.
- put meat into pan, add 1cup water per lb of meat. 2lbs == 1 packet of powder.
- stir all together.
- set temp 6
- stir every 2 minutes
- once it's faintly boiling, cover and reduce temp to 1
- in 5-10 minutes, it's done.
