Brainstorming:

Attune works for Blades, as "messing with ghosts" isn't as comprehensively useful as the Force. With the Force being both augmentation of mundane actions and adding pure-magic actions, an Attune-focused build smells unbalanced.

Also, Blades' 12 actions is pretty critical to saving throws, so having non-force wielders forced to take it anyway or impair their maximum saving throw is disturbing.

Possible Star Wars-Flavored Solution:

Redefine Attune as Force/Luck/Intuition:

Non-sensitives can be lucky, or intuitive, so it's no longer an awkward dead spot.

Force users are just aware that these are all words for the same thing.
